Very unreliable, not a good product.

This past Christmas I purchased four siren song keychain safety alarms. I gave three away and kept one for myself. Recently, I pulled the pin by accident when getting my keys out of my pocket book. The siren was so low, I wasn't sure what it was at first. I put new batteries in it, still the alarm is hardly audible. Thank God, I found this out by accident. I was relying on this in case of an emergency. It's a poor product and I'm sorry I gave them as gifts. I will tell the people I gave them to how unreliable it is. I never thought to test it now and them, it was never suggested and since I never used it, I though it would be fine if I needed it. Very unhappy, especially that I gave them as gifts.

Siren song is a waist and I found out by accident, thank God.

Last Christmas I purchased 4 Siren songs, gave three as gifts and kept one for myself. Recently, I accidentally pulled the pin out while getting my keys out of my pocket book. I was relying on it for safety but it failed very badly. It was only 9 months old, I never thought to test it now and then. I will let the people I gave gifts to what happened. My mother bought this for me for Xmas. I opened it up on Xmas day and it looked like it was a used product, no instructions and it didn't work. So I called cust svc and the person who answered barely spoke English and I was told a new shipment would be sent out. I didn't receive a new shipment so I called again a month later and person who again didn't speak English very well told me they could only refund $12.99 for our bad experience, but that we could keep the new product. The new product still hasn't come so I called again asking for remaining $12.99 refund and was hung up on. I never got the original refund of $12.99. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM for sure.

i order the siren song from facebook buy one amd get the second free or buy 2 for $34.99 plus shipping and handleing first it stop working i put battery in but the sound is so low you camnot hear it also the chain came apart i need an answere.

I bought my siren songs months ago, looking at my bank statement today you are taking out money, $8.95. This is the second time. I want to no why this money is being taken out. I sent you a message the first time and never got a answer, so if you don`t give me a answer and out the money back in to my account I will call the channel 10 and have them get in touch with you, I gave you permission to take the payment out to buy them , I never gave you permission to take out anything else. I ordered eight Siren Songs and gave them to my daughter, daughter-in-laws, sons and myself and my husband. I have checked back with my girls and none of them are using the Siren Songs.

Either they are not loud enough to make any difference, the clips have self destructed or they flat didn't work. I would love to return them and reorder IF these issues have been addressed.

Please let me know. Thank you.

Unable to open device to insert batteries. No instructions. How do you OPEN it??? To add to the frustration is the fact that you have go through so many hops to even try to get assistance. You've got to be kidding me!! Not a happy camper! I bought two of these alarms and they are both useless without the batteries. I imagine this is one of your biggest complaints from consumers. Whoever handles the packaging of this item should definitely include instructions on how to open the device so that you can insert the batteries and begin carrying this device , as recommended, for protection instead of watching collecting dust on a shelf while you go through the exhausting process of trying to get some assistance. Not even close to GOOd CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would be hard pressed to recommend this device to anyone. Word of mouth is a powerful weapon and given the difficulty I have had trying to get some assistance, I would be hard pressed to recommend this device to anyone.

I ordered four on july 26...they said it was delivered on aug 2. I never received them. The 800 number is a joke, they have no authority to refund or reship. Ive emailed them and no response. Dont waste your money .Ive called the 800 three times..enter my zipcode and system says never shipped then goes to a live cs and says it was shipped. Go figure ...Like I said..One big scam...making a killing off us. Dont buy ..Oh 800 says that post office has to file a claim ..went to the post office and got a copy of the delevery and when I told them I never got it ..was delivered to another apt. they said the shipper has to file a claim..not the post office. 800 cs says different..Another run around . Dont buy ..
